El lugar es maravilloso, hay una acústica increíble, es muy relajante y tranquilo. La atención brindada es fascinante, los platillos son riquísimos, definitivamente un lugar muy fino y elegante para comer 10/10.

Restauracja zrobiła na mnie świetne wrażenie. Bardzo ładne i eleganckie wnętrze, miła i uczynna obsługa, pyszne autorskie drinki - od siebie polecam Tepatli i Madre Tierra. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie - Pasta poblana de pollo zaskoczyła mnie delikatną pikantnością sosu (na plus). Bardzo dobre danie. Na deser można spróbować kilku smaków lodów lub pieczonego banana z sosem. Jeśli odwiedzicie Chiapas i Tuxtla Gutierrez - koniecznie wybierzcie się do Maiz Tepache.

This is a very special restaurant! I have had the good fortune of trying many excellent restaurants across the world and I can say without a doubt that Maiz Tepache is quite an outstanding place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Without going into too much detail, I will just say that it has been one of the best culinary experiences of my entire life, and that I enjoyed many meals there during my stay in Tuxtla. If you enjoy top notch food, and excellent service, make sure to stop by and see for yourself. I was also incredibly lucky and managed to meet the Head Chef there, who's a very knowledgeable, talented, and warm individual. Thank you and I will make sure to return!

Un lugar acogedor y tranquilo, ideal para disfrutar de una buena comida en compañía. Las bebidas están bien preparadas, la comida es deliciosa y el servicio muy atento. Además, tienen música en vivo que crea un ambiente relajado y agradable, sin ser invasiva ni ruidosa. Perfecto para una tarde tranquila o una cena amena. Sin duda, un sitio al que vale la pena regresar.

Lo ame, lastima que no hay en la CDMX el ambiente es acogedor, tranquilo la música es suave y te invita a relajarte a hablar suave y lento, no es ruidoso y además cuidan cada detalle al limpiar y colocar de nuevo la presentación de las mesas. Como recomendación para el restaurante cuidar un poquito la sal el el Cochito al horno en chiles y mejorar un poco más el arroz, hacerlo más estilo pueblito pero presentable. Jajaja. Pero aún así lo ame, por cierto el agua de jamaica 0 dulce y eso es muy bueno. Los sábados los desayunos son muy ricos y hacen unas mermeladas naturales como de sandía muy ricas, la malteada de fresa ufff es imperdible y los mini pancitos de mantequilla para acompañar las mermeladas buenísimos, seguirá siendo mi favorito

Si pudiera darles más estrellas se las daría todas. Desde que uno llega al centro comercial la fachada te llama, te invita. La comida es deliciosa, el servicio es muy bueno y el tiempo de espera es bastante razonable. No pueden perderse el chamorro adobado. Una delicia. El tepache también está bueno, fuertecito pero delicioso, para conocedores. 100% recomendable.
